Date Night: an evening for couples to connect with the heart
Give yourselves the gift of experiencing and exploring what builds a stronger relationship, and find your own ways to do it.
Under our guidance, you will have the opportunity to deepen your relationship through heart connection, closeness, touch, and playfulness. This simple workshop goes deep and is created for you to explore and experiment with what works and can easily be integrated into everyday life.
What? An evening for those who wish to come closer together with curiosity and playfulness.
How? You will work together in your couple only, through conversations, exercises, and creative collaboration.
With whom? Alf Galfvensjö and Jivan Dios, couple therapists and a couple for 15 years.
When? October 23, from 6 PM to 9 PM.
Where? At Din Insida, Stortorget 3, Gamla Stan, Stockholm.
Cost? 950 kr per couple
What else? This workshop is not therapy or crisis management. As a couple, you will explore and work on the foundations of strong relationships. The exercises are done individually by each couple – respecting the privacy of each couple is important.

Hur? Ni kommer att arbeta tillsammans i ert par, genom samtal, övningar och kreativt samarbete.
Med vilka? Alf Galfvensjö och Jivan Dios, parterapeuter och ett par sedan 15 år tillbaka.

Vad mer? Denna workshop är inte terapi eller krishantering. Som par kommer ni att utforska och arbeta på grunderna för starka relationer. Övningarna görs individuellt av varje par – att respektera varje pars integritet är viktigt.
