Jivan Dios is a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience. Her practice is focused on individual
therapy, couples therapy, and family constellations. She currently resides in in the countryside near Stockholm, Sweden, and works with individuals and couples worldwide through face-to-face and virtual sessions in Swedish, English and French.
Born in Montreal, Canada, Jivan studied Communication Arts at Concordia University. Jivan’s life was turned upside down after a cancer diagnosis. This life-changing experience led Jivan to deep dive into meditation, psychology and spirituality. She dived into learning counseling skills, couples therapy, family constellations, Star Sapphire Energy and Psychic Massage. Thanks to her life journey and her extensive studies, Jivan can connect with her clients on a deep and personal level, while offering sessions with a natural, joyful, and playful vibe.
In 2013, Jivan moved to Stockholm, Sweden and launched Kindfulness, her private practice. Kindfulness was created with a clear vision to support people to listen to their deepest voices and help them create more joy, satisfaction, and better
relationships in their lives. The combination of the words ‘kind’ and ‘fulness’ mean, for Jivan, the perfect
combination of being kind to oneself and others in a complete and fulfilling manner.
Since then, Jivan has been constantly deepening her studies focused on the fields of individual therapy,
couple’s counseling, and family constellations, running her practice with in-person and virtual sessions with
clients from all over the world, with different cultures, backgrounds, and goals.
