Navigating relationships can be hard. Especially when we repeat the same old arguments and can’t see what the problem is. If you find relationships to be equivalent to rocket science, this workshop can help relax your brain and get to the bottom of why you’re stuck in the dating game or the world of miscommunication.
Through constellation work and guided meditations, you’ll receive valuable insights on what present inner dynamics are affecting your relationships and how to get closer to what you really long for: connection, trust and safety.
Workshop Facilitators: Jivan Dios & Alf Galfvensjö
Jivan and Alf offer couples and relationship counselling in Stockholm, Sweden and around Europe. Being a couple for 15 years, they not only share their professional know-how, but also share their own personal experience in what makes a relationship deepen in joy and intimacy.
