Being a Woman | Women’s Weekend Retreat in Sweden
Reconnect, soften, and come home to yourself
September 25–27, 2026
Nannberga, Sweden, 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours from Stockholm
Set within the quiet beauty of the Swedish countryside, this Being a Woman retreat invites you into a softer rhythm, where nature, stillness, and presence come together.
At House Adele in Nannberga, near the shores of Lake Hjälmaren, we gather in a space designed for rest, reflection, and reconnection. Through meditation, body awareness, gentle movement, constellation work, and heartfelt sharing, you are invited to slow down and return to yourself and femininity.
Away from the noise and demands of daily life, there is space to breathe more deeply, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the wisdom of the female body.
A weekend to soften.
To rest.
To feel.
And perhaps, to rediscover something quietly alive within you.
Life can pull us into doing, striving, and pleasing — until our inner world becomes quiet, distant, almost out of reach.
This weekend is your invitation to return.
To your body. To your heart. To yourself.
If something in you feels quietly drawn to this, you’re warmly welcome to join us.
What we will explore
Through guided meditations, constellation work, body awareness, movement, and experiential practices, we will gently explore:
• How to slow down and reconnect with yourself beneath the roles, expectations, and noise of everyday life
• Feeling more authentic, emotionally honest, and at ease in your relationships
• Releasing the pressure to please, perform, overgive, or lose yourself in connection with others
• Listening more deeply to your body, your feelings, and your inner truth
• Reconnecting with your natural creativity, sensuality, softness, and feminine energy
• Understanding relationship patterns with greater compassion, clarity, and awareness
• Learning how to stay present with yourself when triggers, conflict, or emotional distance arise
• Creating deeper intimacy through authenticity, openness, and emotional safety
• Feeling more grounded, relaxed, and alive in your body and in your connections with others
This is not a retreat about fixing yourself or trying harder.
It is a space to soften out of pressure, performance, and constant doing… and reconnect with the parts of yourself that long to feel real, free, connected, and fully alive.
Your sensitivity.
Your warmth.
Your truth.
Your body’s natural wisdom.
Throughout the weekend, you will be held in a warm and supportive circle of women where there is no need to pretend, compare, or have everything figured out.
A space where authenticity is welcome.
A space where connection can begin from something real.
This retreat is for you if you:
• You spend so much time caring for others that you rarely feel fully connected to yourself
• Your mind feels busy, but underneath it, you long to soften and truly relax
• You miss feeling alive, sensual, creative, or deeply present in your body
• You notice yourself overthinking, overgiving, or losing yourself in relationships
• You want deeper connection, but also need space to hear your own inner voice
• You long to feel more natural, feminine, grounded, and emotionally at ease
• You are tired of constantly “holding it together” and want a space where you can simply be
• You want to be surrounded by women in a warm, honest, and supportive atmosphere
What you will take home:
• A deeper sense of calm, safety, and trust within yourself
• Feeling more relaxed in your body and more connected to your natural rhythm
• A softer, more loving relationship with yourself and your emotions
• Greater clarity around relationship patterns and how to meet them differently
• Simple embodied tools to navigate stress, triggers, and emotional overwhelm
• A renewed connection to your feminine presence, creativity, sensuality, and intuition
• Practices you can bring into everyday life to support intimacy, rest, and wellbeing
• The feeling of having truly slowed down… and met yourself again

From presence… connection naturally unfolds

Her calling is to awaken people to life itself, to the understanding that there is something more, something greater than what we “normally” experience in a lifetime.
Her presence and guidance are reflected through wisdom, energy, love, and humor, and this is felt through both her cooking and her personality.
Nourishment
Throughout the retreat, you will be served vegetarian meals that are nourishing, simple, and prepared with care. Whenever possible, ingredients are locally sourced and seasonal, supporting both the body and the slower rhythm of the weekend.
The food is chosen to feel grounding yet light, allowing space for rest, clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself and nature.
The Setting — House Adéle, Nannberga
This women’s weekend retreat takes place in Nannberga, Sweden, in a peaceful natural setting near Lake Hjälmaren.
House Adéle is a beautifully restored former school from 1873, filled with charm, warmth, and timeless character. With its high ceilings and original wooden floors, it offers a spacious and welcoming environment to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Surrounded by nature, the space invites both rest and gentle exploration.
You’ll have access to a large garden with quiet corners for reflection, shared outdoor meals, and evenings gathered around the fire. A short walk or bike ride leads to the nearby harbour and lake, where you can swim or simply sit by the water.
Inside, the house offers generous common areas for group sessions, meditation, and rest. There is also space for connection and lightness — whether through conversation, shared meals, or simply being together in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.
The retreat space itself is held in one of the large open rooms, allowing for both movement and stillness, individual reflection and shared experience.
Accommodation is simple, comfortable, and shared, creating a sense of connection while still allowing space for rest and integration.
