Being a Woman — Women’s Work

A space to soften, feel, and return to yourself

There is a place in you that doesn’t need to push.
A place that doesn’t need to perform, hold everything together, or be strong all the time.

A quieter place.
A more felt place.
A place where your body comes alive again.

This work is about returning there.

In Stockholm (Vasastan) and in the Swedish countryside, I offer spaces for women—both in person and online—to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover a more natural, feminine way of being.

Not through effort.
But through presence.

Coming Home to Your Body

So many of us have learned to live from the mind.
To manage, to give, to keep going… even when something inside feels tired or disconnected.

This can show up as stress, tension, or a quiet distance in your relationship with yourself… and with others.

And over time, the body may become more quiet.
More in the background.
Gently waiting to be felt again.

Here, we gently turn back toward it.

Through stillness & movement, sensitivity and awareness, you begin to feel again.
Not in a forceful way.
But in a way that is soft, gradual… and deeply nourishing.

We gently dive into the landscape of your female body.

Listening.
Sensing.
Allowing.

With awareness, you begin to discover what is truly present in the body—beneath the roles, beneath the effort.

And as you meet yourself in this way, a deeper acceptance unfolds.

Not something you create.
Something you allow.

From here, something soft and alive begins to move again…

A sense of joy.
A quiet aliveness.
A natural creativity that wants to express itself.

Being a Woman — Workshops in Stockholm & Swedish Countryside

These Being a Woman workshops are a gentle space to reconnect with your body, your sensitivity, and your natural feminine rhythm.

Not an idea of how you should be.
But a space to rediscover what is already here.

Through guided meditation, slow movement, relational exercises, and moments of quiet presence, you are invited to:

  • Feel more at home in your body & heart
  • Reconnect with your natural sensitivity and receptivity
  • Explore the difference between emotional reactivity and grounded feeling
  • Soften and relax in closeness, rather than brace against it
  • Trust your inner rhythm and quiet knowing

The work is inspired by the amazing work of Diana Richardson and body-oriented practices, while remaining grounded, trauma-informed, and accessible.

Workshops are held in Stockholm and the Swedish countryside

There is nothing to perform here.
Nothing to get right.

Only a space to be… a little more authentically, more fully alive.

The Space We Create Together

The space is warm, respectful, and deeply human.

We move at our own unique rhythm, listening to the subtle signals of the body.
We allow things to unfold in their own time.

Everything is invitational.

You choose your pace.
Your boundaries are honored.
Your own experience is enough.

How I Work

My approach is body-based, trauma-informed, and rooted in presence.

It weaves together:

  • Somatic awareness and embodied presence
  • Meditation and breath
  • Relational and heart-based exploration
  • Elements of feminine polarity and conscious connection
  • Family Constellations (when supportive)

My work is also deeply inspired by the teachings of Diana Richardson, whose approach to feminine presence, receptivity, and intimacy informs how we slow down and listen to the body.

Rather than long explanations, we stay close to what is actually being felt… in the moment.

Because this is where something real can begin to shift.

In the coming year, I will also be offering Time for Femininity, a truly transformational 5-day retreat created by Diana Richardson.

This deeper work supports women in exploring feminine presence, body, receptivity, and intimacy in a grounded and embodied way.
Five days to truly be with yourself on all levels, resting, listening with awareness. Deep transformation happens, effortlessly, with an open heart.
